Can I customize the tier names and thresholds?

Yes. Tier names, point thresholds, earning rates and reward values are all configurable from the admin panel without any code changes.

Do points expire automatically?

Yes. You can configure an expiry period (e.g. 12 months of inactivity). Customers are notified before their points expire.
